Reward Analyst
Are you an expert Reward Analyst/Advisor with experience of supporting and analysing reward solutions and ideally for a global/diverse workforce?

Reporting into the Head of Reward, this role will manage all day to day and project work which will include job evaluation, handling first line support on Reward enquiries, analysing, creating reports and supporting the Head of Reward on all pay, bonus, reward cycles and any ad hoc analysis.
You'll also be collaborating and communicating with global flexible benefit providers.
Required skills
To be successful in this role, you'll have worked at a Reward Analyst/Advisory level and have in depth analysis skills and love data and pulling info together. You'll also be comfortable communicating and collaborating effectively across team members and key stakeholders.
Strong Excel and systems skills are a given. Experience of using external Job Evaluation and Benchmarking methods and models, such as Hay/Willis Towers Watson is also essential. With experience across varied industries, this role will suit someone who thrives in dynamic, high-energy environments where agility and adaptability are essential—and no two days are ever the same
Based in South Manchester, the salary on offer is £45,000 - £50,000 + bonus + generous pension, parking and hybrid working with 2 days in the office.
