Are you a data-savvy marketer who loves turning clicks into revenue? We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Executive for a fast-growing digital agency in London to help build and optimise multi-channel campaigns across Paid Social and PPC.
The Role
You’ll support the planning, build, and optimisation of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn—owning day-to-day execution, QA, and reporting. You’ll partner with creatives, content, and analytics to ship high-performing assets and iterate fast.
* Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search/Performance Max), Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
* Support keyword and audience research; structure ad groups/sets and craft compelling copy & assets
* Monitor budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to hit CPA/ROAS targets
* Set up and QA tracking (GA4/GTM, UTM governance, pixel events)
* Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports with actions and hypotheses
* Run A/B tests (creatives, copy, landing pages) and feed insights back to content/design
* Keep up with platform updates and share quick wins with the team
What You Bring
* 1–2 years’ hands‑on experience in performance marketing (agency or in‑house); strong internships considered
* Working knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads; bonus points for TikTok/LinkedIn
* Comfortable in GA4, GTM, and Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
* Sharp copy instinct and a test‑and‑learn mindset
* Organised, proactive, and collaborative with strong attention to detail
