Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive primary school environment?
We are working closely with a number of vibrant and welcoming primary schools in South Manchester who are seeking Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants for full-time roles across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
These are excellent opportunities for dedicated support staff who are passionate about making a positive difference in children's education and wellbeing.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT:
All applicants must have a minimum of three months' experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school to be considered.
The Role:
Supporting pupils in class, 1:1 or in small groups
Assisting the class teacher with preparation and classroom management
Delivering interventions where appropriate (phonics, reading, maths etc.)
Encouraging pupil participation, progress and positive behaviour
Contributing to a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
At least 3 months of experience in a UK primary classroom setting
A good understanding of the primary curriculum and age-appropriate strategies
Confidence working with children of varying abilities, including those with SEND or EAL
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A flexible, proactive and positive attitude
