Campaign Analytics Manager
Up to £60,000
Hybrid - Stratford-upon-Avon (1x day per week)
We’re working with a large, multi-brand organisation seeking a Campaign Analytics Manager to join their data-driven team. The role involves managing stakeholders across Financial Services, Personal Lines, and Commercial Lines while planning and delivering campaigns end to end.
Responsibilities:
* Translate campaign briefs into technical requirements
* Plan campaigns 2 months ahead and manage delivery across channels
* Use SQL to select target audiences, join data across CRM/transactional/engagement sources, and prepare datasets for execution via API into the CRM platform
* Support email and DM campaigns, with growing activity in digital channels
* Partner with analytics teams on A/B testing and campaign ROI
* Contribute to platform transitions, behaviour analysis, and customer data migration projects
Key Skills:
* Strong SQL experience
* Previous line management experience (essential)
* Open to candidates from any industry background
