Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise classes across Key Stages 3–5 in the absence of the teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain engaged.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive environment.
• Record attendance and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Support students in maintaining focus and making progress.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in schools or working with young people is desirable.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• DBS on the Update Service is essential.
• Confidence, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
