Within this role, you can expect to get stuck into some juicy projects, deliver both technological and business process changes, and proactively drive a culture of continuous improvement.
The Role
* Planning, developing, delivering and tracking change management deliverables.
* Project management for small to medium sized projects to ensure successful delivery.
* Business case facilitation and the enablement of the the plan and define phase.
* Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure systematic requirements are understood.
About You
* Experience as a Change Manager at a high growth retailer
* A background as a Business Analyst
* Ability to work closely with different teams
* Great communication skills

* Salary up to £55k
