💼 Workday Payroll Consultant – UK Payroll Expertise
12 Month Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team and play a key role in implementing and optimising Workday Payroll solutions designed specifically for the UK market.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth payroll operations, compliance, and system efficiency — helping deliver accurate payroll processing across the organisation.
🔧 What You’ll Do
* Act as a Workday Payroll SME, specialising in UK compliance and configuration.
* Lead and support end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations, including testing and go-live.
* Partner with stakeholders to analyse requirements and design scalable payroll solutions.
* Configure and maintain Workday integrations with third-party systems.
* Provide troubleshooting support and ensure seamless payroll cycles.
* Deliver user training and documentation to drive adoption and knowledge transfer.
* Stay up to date with UK payroll legislation and Workday updates.
* Support related modules such as Time Tracking and Absence Management.
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Workday Payroll Certification (Ideal).
* Extensive experience in payroll, with a strong focus on Workday.
* Deep understanding of UK payroll operations and legislation.
* Proven experience across multiple Workday Payroll implementations.
* Strong skills in Workday configuration tools (pay codes, earnings, deductions).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of other Workday modules (HR, Benefits) is a plus.
