Position Summary
This is an exciting and varied role for an aspiring European HR Senior Specialist looking to enhance their experience in a EMEA People Service Centre. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing our Creator experience through answering complex queries, driving process improvements and project management across Europe.
1. The People Service Centre in EMEA is an exciting new team that has been curated to provide excellent customer service to over 1000 employees across Europe.
2. The People Service Centre manage and implement HR processes, policies and practices across the region as well as maintaining employee data in the HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
3. Provide excellent support to our Creators through the People Service Centre, supporting the team development and becoming a knowledge expert.
4. Understanding the different processes, policies and practices across EMEA countries, driving harmonization, streamlining and improvements to create better Creator experiences and more efficient processes.
5. Drive data accuracy in the HRIS, benefits system and payroll through the establishment of controls and attention to detail.
6. Provide support to complex queries from Creators across the EMEA region throughout the employee lifecycle processes including starters, leavers and changes.
7. Support and lead PC projects, coordinating multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
8. Strong HR lifecycle process experience
9. Proven process management, including documentation and driving improvements
10. Excellent relationship building and communication skills (written and verbal)
11. Effective time management skills with the ability to meet set deadlines
12. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
13. Workday experience is advantageous
14. European language skills are desirable
15. Passion and drive to continuously learn
