You will lead the design and governance of complex fund-modelling solutions including waterfalls, carried interest, and portfolio forecasting models.This role plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity, scalability, and standardisation across Aztec’s modelling landscape.**Key Responsibilities:**Platform Configuration & Support* Lead the design of multi-jurisdictional Anaplan models, ensuring performance, reusability, and governance* Define modelling standards, calculation frameworks, and design conventions* Own and manage the Anaplan ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) process across dev, test, and production* Translate business logic into efficient model architecture aligned with the Waterfall CoEIntegration & Data Strategy* Architect integrations between Anaplan, eFront, Databricks, and Workiva, ensuring consistent data lineage* Define data schemas, mapping frameworks, and reconciliation processes* Collaborate with the Data Platform and Integration teams to optimise pipelines and ensure auditabilityLeadership & Governance * Mentor model builders and support specialists, driving best practices and knowledge sharing* Act as the primary platform liaison between business sponsors and technology delivery* Manage vendor relationships, ensuring roadmap alignment and SLA compliance**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:*** 6+ years’ experience designing and managing Anaplan or comparable modelling solutions* Deep understanding of private-markets fund structures and carried-interest logic* Expertise in model optimisation, performance tuning, and governance* Strong collaboration, leadership, and documentation skillsDesirable* Master Anaplanner or Solution Architect certification* Experience with Azure Data Factory, MuleSoft, or other integration tools* Familiarity with downstream reporting platforms such as Workiva or Power BIQualifications & Experience* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field* 6+ years in technology or modelling roles within financial services or fund administrationCareer Development & Opportunity This is a senior role offering direct progression to Associate Director – Modelling Platforms or Product Owner – Waterfall & Carry Analytics, shaping Aztec’s next generation of financial automation and client analytics.*Aztec will provide the training, both in-house for relevant technical knowledge and also professional qualifications to enhance your professional development.
