🌧️ Project Manager – Rainwater Management
Location: Lingley Mere, Warrington (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full‑time (37 hours per week)

🚀 The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of small to medium construction projects across the North West, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality outcomes. You’ll oversee the project throughout its entire lifecycle, from inception through design and delivery, all the way to handover and close. You’ll be responsible for managing NEC4 contracts, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and working closely with technical leads, contractors, and stakeholders to bring projects to life.

Key responsibilities:
* Own and deliver elements of the Rainwater Management Programme (SuDS, Blue/Green infrastructure, disconnections, partnerships).
* Lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage contractors to achieve project outcomes.
* Produce and manage project plans, ensuring risks and changes are actively controlled.
* Ensure compliance with governance, CDM duties, and statutory approvals.
* Report progress to stakeholders and governance groups, keeping delivery on track.
* Drive efficiencies while maintaining safety and quality standards.
* Confidently travel across the Northwest to oversee project delivery (driving licence required).
🎯 About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience managing NEC contracts and construction projects.
* Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent financial planning and risk management capability.
* Confidence to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively.
* A passion for sustainable rainwater management and enhancing communities.
* Degree level education or equivalent industry experience.
* APM qualification (or equivalent) and NEC3/4 knowledge (or working towards).
Full driving licence required
