Accounts Assistant
We are a family-run franchise seeking a finance assistant to join our friendly accounts department. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and develop within the role, with full training provided.
As part of the role, you will assist the accounts team with a variety of tasks including:
1. Preparing monthly management accounts, including analysis of restaurant profit and loss data
2. Managing purchase ledger
3. Communicating with suppliers and stores regarding queries
4. Cash reconciliation, including income and bank
5. Month-end processes using Sage 50
6. Data analysis
Attributes for the role:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Open-minded and willing to learn
* Ability to complete tasks efficiently within deadlines
* Strong organisational skills
* Strong communication skills
* Understanding of account systems is desirable but not essential
