The Head of Finance is a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the organisation's entire financial function. This role involves delivering strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Board to drive informed decision-making. The Head of Finance will also spearhead the review and enhancement of financial reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, while leading a high-performing finance team.

What will you do as a Head of Finance?
* Lead/assist with developing a new financial reporting system
* Manage cash flow, forecasting, and reserves for stability.
* Handle VAT returns, PAYE, NIC, and Companies House filings.
* Work with the Board and finance committee to ensure governance compliance.
* Develop financial policies, controls, and procedures.
* Lead & manage finance team, conduct appraisals & development opportunities.
* Oversee payroll, pension schemes, and employee benefits
What do you need as a Head of Finance?
* Proven experience in financial leadership roles
* In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulations
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* Proficiency in financial software and systems.
* ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualification
