Job Title: HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver

Location: Newcastle - NE12
Pay Rates
* Days: £15ph
Shift Patterns
* Shifts: Monday to Friday work
* Average Shift Length: 10 hours
* Start times vary across a range depending which rota you are on - this could be early or late so flexibility to work either would be beneficial
Job Role and Responsibilities
* Complete collection and delivery of goods whilst following company procedures.
* Comply with all legal requirements on operation, running and driving of vehicle.
* Ensure goods are safely secured and paperwork is in order.
* Keep vehicle clean at all times.
* Comply with all requirements in relation to CPC/digital tachocard.
* Communicate effectively with clients and other members of staff.
* Ensure vehicle is roadworthy and maintained correctly.
* Smart appearance.
* Assist with loading/unloading of vehicle as required.
* Liaise with customers to advise of delivery date/times.
* Undertake additional duties including assisting/ providing cover in warehouse where required, or any reasonable request from Manager or Directors.
* Deliver all customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
* Full UK Class C+E Licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* HIAB Licence
* Forklift reach and counter balance
* We cannot accept more than 6 points or DR/DG/CD/DD/BA on a licence.
