In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure that we meet our NHS Talking Therapy targets while focusing on efficient therapist scheduling and proactive waitlist management. Your leadership will be essential in responding to the needs of our community and ensuring that our services are accessible and effective. Your Responsibilities
Lead the management of appointments and availability to meet patient needs. Proactively manage waitlists and optimize clinical time utilization. Support and develop therapists as part of a collaborative leadership team. Champion best practices and contribute to service improvement and innovation. Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and implement actionable solutions. Who We’re Looking For
We need a confident leader who excels in time management and prioritization. You should be an excellent communicator, able to listen and support your colleagues while driving change and improvement.
