You’ll be responsible for carrying out needs assessments, developing and implementing tailored support plans, assisting with life skills development, and working closely with external agencies to meet a wide range of needs. As a Support Worker, you’ll visit people in their accommodation and in community settings, helping them understand their options and access the services and support available to them.
