AS A GENERAL MANAGER YOU'LL BE
20. Accountable and responsible for your entire store and the people within
21. Developing and managing the store team, while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
22. You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands-on at times which means jumping in and working on the line shoulder to shoulder with our Crew and Managers
23. Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs
24. Your store will need to run smoothly on the day-to-day operations and think about long term planning
25. Spotting potential and developing your team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline
