Salary: £30,000 to £33,000 + Vehicle + Overtime + On-Call Allowance + Pension

A key player in the Healthcare Emergency and Nurse Call Systems sector currently has an opening for a Field Service Commissioning Engineer.
Key Duties
* Service and repair of all systems on site.
* Preventative Maintenance Inspections.
* Installation work.
* System commissioning.
* Technical assistance by telephone.
* Participate in an on-call Rota.
* On-site technical back up to sub-contractors and/or other installation companies.
* Stock control of spare parts.
* Be confident and comfortable working in hospitals with challenging environments.
Job Competencies / Key Skills
* Familiarity with a range of hand tools.
* Come from an alarm background - Security Alarm, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm or Nurse Call systems
* Familiarity with a range of soldering tools.
* Knowledge of test equipment to include DVM, oscilloscopes.
* Ability to work individually or part of a team.
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* Well organized and able to prioritize and multitask.
Essential
* Knowledge of computers.
* UK Driving license and license check.
* DBS Check.
* Must be willing to travel.
The role will suit individuals currently working as Field Service Commissioning Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Repair Engineer, Installation Engineer and be living within a commutable distance of Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Stafford, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Warwick, Worcester or be willing to relocate.
