I am currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the delivery of reporting, analytics and modern BI solutions within a growing data‑driven organisation. Working across multiple business functions, this role focuses on building insightful dashboards, KPI suites and data analysis that underpin operational performance and strategic decision‑making.
You will be responsible for creating robust BI outputs, supporting the use of modern reporting tools and ensuring high‑quality, accurate insights are delivered across the business.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands‑on BI development experience who also enjoys partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into meaningful insights. You should be confident working independently, managing your own workload and contributing to the successful delivery of end‑to‑end reporting and analytics projects.
Responsibilities
* Design, build and deliver BI reports, dashboards and KPI suites using Power BI
* Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and challenge where needed
* Provide data analysis and insights to support decision‑making across the organisation
* Use SQL to extract, transform and validate data
* Contribute to data and BI projects, supporting the continuous improvement of reporting capability
Skills and Experience
* Strong experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
* Experience using SQL for data extraction and validation
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
