Lead and deliver on a range of high-profile projects
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achievedRequirements for the role of Principal Architectural Technologist:
Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice4
Experience managing projects across a range of sectors
Revit proficiency
Job running experience
Experience managing a small team
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
CIAT registered would be advantageous
Strong technical skills and attention to detail
