What does the role involve?
Specialising in the residential housing sector, Osterna's Residential Fire Risk Assessors carry out inspections of various property types including traditional residential blocks, sheltered housing, HMO, and high-rise (over 18 meters) housing, and write reports with your findings.
Completed risk assessments are used by Property Managers and Directors to initiate repairs or procedures to ensure the safety of residential common areas.
