Job Description
* Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports
* Coordinate and direct budgeting, procurement and financial planning
* Develop strategies to maximise ROI and meet the company's financial objectives
* Coordinate auditing services to ensure financial monitoring is up-to-date
* Develop and maintain relationships with banking, insurance, and non-organisational accounting personnel to facilitate financial activities
* Analyse the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed
* Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Senior Management Accountant' should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Professional certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Management Accountant, Accounting Supervisor or similar role
* Solid knowledge of basic and advanced accounting and financial principles and practices
* Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and reporting
* Proficiency in relevant accounting software
* Excellent organisation and leadership skills
