Our client, based in Brentford is currently recruiting for a n Income Manager on a 6 -month fixed term contract, or they will consider an interim on a temporary basis. The s tart date i s on notice, and t he salary rate is between £50k-£62k. The ideal candidate will have experience working a s an Income Manager who has led teams of Income Officers. D uties will include (but are not limited to): Managing and supporting a team of 3 Income Officers Setting, monitoring, and enforcing clear performance KPIs Conducting regular 1-2-1s to address performance concerns and implement improvement plans Driving a clear, accountable, and performance-focused culture within the team Experience required: Experience as an Income Manager Experience d in current arrears performance and income collection outcomes Skills, knowledge and expertise required : Income collection or arrears within housing associations, local authority or social housing environment Income recovery Analytical and data interpretation skills Housing management systems and performance writing tools
