We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in Blackburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's development and learning, with both part-time and full-time positions available.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a genuine interest in helping them thrive. A relevant qualification in education or childcare is highly desirable. Previous experience in EYFS settings is preferred, as well as the ability to support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.
Flexibility is key, as you may be asked to work across EYFS through to Year 6, supporting whole-class, group, or one-to-one learning. Strong communication skills, patience, and a nurturing approach are essential.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children
* Relevant qualification (desirable)
* Experience in EYFS (preferred)
* Experience with SEN/SEMH (preferred)
* Flexible to work across EYFS - Year 6

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
