Here at Textbook Teachers we are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to help support our local schools across Spalding. Whether you are looking to get back into a classroom environment or setting yourself a new challenge we are the agency for you.
You will have a dedicated consultant to help your every step. With 22 years of honest, reliable and trusted experience you are in good hands. One of the best things about supply is you can decide on how much work you would like to do each week. This can vary from 1 day a week to 5 days a week, you can also decide on permanent roles or just day to day work. We work closely around your availability, even if this changes weekly!
Qualifications/Skills:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent to a teaching qualification
– Experience in special education or working with children with diverse needs
– Strong behaviour management skills
– Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents and staff members
