We’re Hiring: Compliance & Information Governance Manager
Are you a hands-on compliance professional who thrives in fast-paced, tech-driven environments?
We’re looking for a Compliance & Information Governance Manager to take ownership of our data protection and information security operations.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day compliance—operating and maintaining GDPR governance, leading ISO27001 and ISMS activities, and ensuring our policies aren’t just written, but actively embedded across the business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Product, IT, Sales, and the wider leadership team, acting as our DPO and operational compliance lead.
🔍 What you’ll be doing:
* Running GDPR processes (RoPA, DPIAs, SARs, RTBF)
* Maintaining ISO27001 frameworks and audit readiness
* Managing risk registers and compliance action plans
* Supporting audits, incidents, and customer/vendor assurance
* Embedding compliance into real operational workflows
1. 🎯 What we’re looking for:
* 8+ years in compliance, data protection, or information governance
* Strong experience in SaaS or regulated environments
* Proven ISO27001 and GDPR operational expertise
* Certifications such as DPO, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, or GDPR practitioner
* A pragmatic, detail-focused approach with strong stakeholder communication
