Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored housing advice to clients at risk of homelessness.
Assess housing needs and develop personalised prevention plans.
Liaise with landlords, housing providers, and support services to secure accommodation and resolve tenancy issues.
Manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Support clients through the application process for housing assistance and benefits.
