What You ll Do Champion Organic Social Lead the UK organic social strategy, ensuring content is impactful, relevant and tailored to each platform Oversee content creation and approvals across key channels Advise wider Whitbread teams on social best practice Drive Collaboration & Campaigns Manage and inspire our external agency partnership Work closely with Brand Marketing, PR, eCRM, Insights and more Activate integrated campaign moments and identify cultural trends we should join Grow Engagement & Performance Review analytics and platform updates to refine our approach Lead influencer and creator activity to ensure authentic partnerships What You ll Bring Hands on social experience with a major Business-to-Consumer (B2C) brand or recognised social agency Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook Experience working with agencies Proven ability to create or guide standout social content Confidence acting as a guardian of tone, guidelines and brand safety Why Join Us You ll be part of a supportive, ambitious performance marketing team where creativity, experimentation and learning is encouraged.
