The role
Sales Manager / Head of Sales / Commercial Manager to join a leading Global manufacturer
The successful Sales Manager / Head of Sales / Commercial Manager will work in the office in Oxfordshire. You’ll manage technical sales, key accounts, projects, and a small team of Internal Sales Engineers. The focus is on Flow Control products and solutions: tank cleaning equipment, agitators, rotary jet mixers, magnetic mixers, pumps and valves. Full product training provided.
The Sales Manager / Head of Sales / Commercial Manager will ideally have commercial management experience in engineering within hygienic process equipment in the food, beverage, brewing, dairy, distillery and pharmaceutical sectors. And will ideally have a good engineering background in tank cleaning equipment, agitators, rotary jet mixers, magnetic mixers, pumps and valves. Full product training provided.

Lead sales activity across tank cleaning equipment, mixing systems, pumps and valves
Develop new business opportunities within hygienic process industries
Grow existing customer accounts across food, beverage, brewing, dairy, distillery and pharmaceutical markets
Support Technical Sales Engineers with product-led customer discussions
Manage CRM activity, sales pipeline and customer follow-up through HubSpot
Run weekly sales meetings and performance reviews
Conduct customer visits across the UK to discuss process equipment applications
Work with marketing on campaigns and lead generation for core product rangesSales Manager / Head of Sales / Commercial Manager Requirements
Previous experience in commercial management
Engineering qualification, minimum HNC or equivalent
Proven track record in business development and sales growth
Experience using CRM systems
Full UK driving licence
Able to commute daily to Oxfordshire
Strong communication, relationship-building and commercial skills
