This is an exciting interim opportunity for an experienced senior Talent and Learning leader to shape and deliver an integrated people strategy that supports a modern, high‑performing organisation. The role brings together strategic oversight of talent acquisition, leadership and capability development, succession planning, and early careers to create a seamless and engaging experience from attraction through to progression. As Head of Talent & Learning, you will design and implement a cohesive Talent Strategy that strengthens recruitment, resourcing and career development.
