Our headquarters is in Trowbridge (Wiltshire), and we also have offices in Cardiff and Birmingham.
About the role
As an entry-level content creator, you will be expected to:
* Research a range of topics and learn to produce high-quality study materials based on that research, including study notes, tuition videos, test questions and presentations
* Develop skills to proof and edit our materials, to ensure that they are technically accurate and meet the house‑style
* Become involved in ad‑hoc projects, such as the marketing and launch of new products
* Undertake training sessions to develop your range of skills
For an initial period, the role will be office‑based then there will be the opportunity to work partially from home, partially from the Birmingham office. This is a full‑time, permanent position.
Benefits:
* The salary package for this position will be £30,000 (including pension contributions)
* A performance‑related promotion system allowing high‑performers to progress quickly
* A ‘10 in 9’ working arrangement – every other Friday is a non‑working day
* 25.5 days of annual leave under the ‘10 in 9’ arrangement (including bank holidays) – equivalent to 28 days for a normal 5‑day working week
