They deliver first class projects, executed efficiently, without compromising on safety or qualityJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Building Services Site Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of building services on site. The successful candidate will ensure the effective coordination and supervision of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building service installations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Site Management:Manage and coordinate all on-site activities related to building services.Ensure that projects are completed according to design, quality, and safety standards.Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.Supervise the work of subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.Health and Safety:Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures on site.Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.Ensure all site activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.Quality Control:Ensure that all building services installations meet the required standards and specifications.Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the project lifecycle.Address any defects or non-conformities in a timely manner.Steak Holder Management Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on progress and issues.Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the project.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management.Ensure all project documentation is completed and handed over at project completion.Qualifications and ExperienceEducationBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIBSE, NEBOSH) are highly desirable.Experience:Previous Experience working on Industrial and Logistics schemes. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or building services industry.Proven track record of managing building services on large-scale construction projects.Skills and Experience: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.If the position is of Interest please apply to the contact details provided.
