Current Opportunities
We have opportunities, depending on your experience:
Skilled Folder-Gluer Operator
* Experience in carton gluing or similar packaging machinery required.
* Responsible for machine setup, running, maintenance, and productivity.
* Work closely with production planning and quality teams to ensure on-time, high-standard output.
* Opportunity to mentor trainees and progress toward leadership roles.
However, if you aren't currently a skilled Folder Gluer Operator but believe that you possess a similar or potential transferable skill set, then feel free to apply as we may consider you as a candidate to train and help youdevelop to fulfil this same role.
* Ideal for those withmechanical or production-line experiencein any industry.
* Full training provided (approx. 912 months to reach Operator level).
* Learn to run and maintain advanced gluing machinery (Signature, Vega, Anter lines).
* Clear pay progression as you develop skills.
What Were Looking For
* Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in machinery / production
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Reliable, team-focused attitude
* Willingness to learn and develop
Experience inprinting, packaging, food manufacturing, engineering, or light mechanical tradesis highly valued.
