REPORTS TO: Night Supervisor and Night Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the Night Supervisor in ensuring all housekeeping tasks are completed to TSS and Wimbledon’s high standards.
* Lead by example in behaviour, professionalism, and presentation, ensuring you and the team wear full uniform, ID badge, and PPE correctly at all times.
* Ensure correct cleaning materials, equipment, and methods are used; keep equipment tidy and report faults immediately to the Supervisor or Night Manager.
* Report all accidents, incidents, or near misses promptly to the Supervisor and TSS Management Team.
* Remain vigilant and escalate safety or security concerns to the Supervisor or AELTC Security Team.
* Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with Health & Safety legislation.
* Attend Team Leader/Supervisor training and comply with all TSS Policies and Procedures.
* Maintain clear communication with management by responding to radio calls, reporting at the end of each shift, and ensuring TSS devices are signed in/out and kept in good condition.
