The Role
As a Grounds Maintenance Gardener, you wont just be following a list:youll be taking ownership of your sites. You will use your initiative to identify improvements, ensure premium service delivery, and represent the business to our customers.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Precision Maintenance: Lawn mowing, strimming, and hedge cutting.
Horticultural Care: Weeding, pruning, and planting to high standards.
Site Management: Organizing resources and ensuring all tools/equipment are maintained.
Safety First: Implementing strict Health and Safety procedures on every job.
What Were Looking For
Experience: A proven track record in grounds maintenance and horticulture.
Technical Skill: Confidence operating a range of machinery (push mowers, strimmers, power tools).
Mindset: A self:motivated can:do attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Standards: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting customer specifications.
Bonus Points: Certificates in PA1/PA6 spraying, Horticulture, or Ride:on Mowers are a major plus (but not essential).
