Esland Shropshire School is seeking an outstanding SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing, specialist provision supporting vulnerable young people aged 8 to 18 years who have SEND and SEMH needs.

Essential:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
2. Experience teaching KS2 and across a range of subjects
3. Strong understanding of SEND, particularly SEMH
4. Knowledge of assessment frameworks and progress tracking
5. Excellent behaviour management and inclusive teaching strategies
6. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
Desirable:
7. A degree or qualification in psychology
8. A higher degree or equivalent
