Job Description
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with first and second level support on workstations, mobility devices, and infrastructures (installations, replacements, changes, relocations, removals)
* Support for hardware and software incidents on computer systems
* Support mobile devices (iPad, iPhone) for software issues
* Manage inventory units (monitors, printers, scanners, notebooks, docking stations) and support local network printers
* Receive materials and spare parts, prepare for installation, install, and provide feedback to customers
* Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications
Technical/Business Skills
* Strong technical knowledge of workplace environments and end-user services: Windows, Office 2016 and 365, Mobile and Mail services, Collaboration tools like MS Teams, etc., as well as inventory management
* Monitoring and reporting of the production environment via dashboards and KPIs
* Procedure and documentation improvement skills
* Basic knowledge of Apple environments (iPhone)
* Experience with incident and request processing (ITIL - ticket tracking)
* IT support experience in large enterprise environments (+400 users)
Essential Experience/Skills
* Minimum of 3 years onsite support and customer care experience
* Positive attitude towards customer service, interpersonal skills, service orientation, listening and analytical skills, team spirit
* Motivated with a desire to learn and improve
* Organized, independent, pragmatic, hands-on approach
* Fluent in English
Additional Information
* Sector: Chemistry

* Regular travel required
* Workload: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day on client site support
