Job summary: Food Runner
Someone looking for their first start in the industry, or an experienced waiter/waitress looking to improve their English before graduating to the floor, who loves the buzz of a busy restaurant, the thrill of giving great service and the joy of making people happy with great hospitality.
What you’ll do as our newly appointed Food and Beverage Food Runner:
1. Prepares the busser section and food pass section before service
2. Keep station clean, with adequate supply of necessary materials
3. Polishes cutlery and glassware
4. Counts linen
5. Provides assistance to the Head Chef, Food Expediter and floor team
