The role involves working closely with clinical teams, including consultants, nurses, and healthcare assistants, to coordinate patient appointments efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Booking, amending, and confirming patient appointments to minimise DNAs and maximise clinic capacity. Preparing clinic packs and managing paperwork for clinical colleagues. Coordinating clinics and managing escalations as required. Handling incoming patient calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy. General hospital administrative duties as required. Communicating effectively with patients, visitors, and internal teams. Ensuring smooth operation of clinic workflows through proactive organisation.
