We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Motorstore in West Bromwich.
What’s the job?
As a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark you’ll be heavily involved in sales, helping customers find the right car, building relationships, and delivering a 5‑star service from the first greeting to the after‑sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Help customers find the right car based on their needs.
* Deliver outstanding, 5‑star service and go the extra mile for every customer.
* Build and maintain lasting, sincere relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
* Sell the appropriate sales package, including finance and servicing, with integrity and professionalism.
* Co‑ordinate the order and delivery of vehicles and keep everything running smoothly.
* Meet monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards.
* Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and fulfil commitments.
* Stay in touch with customers to offer a great after‑sales experience.
The Skills And Qualities You Need
* Excellent communication, organisational and people skills.

* A detail‑oriented approach to exceed customer expectations.
* A desire to build a lasting, fulfilling career.
* A full driving licence held for at least one year.
