We're looking for a Sous Chef who can lead and inspire a small brigade while maintaining exceptional food quality at high volume. If you're an experienced Sous Chef, or a strong Senior Chef de Partie in a major London venue ready to step up - this role will put you right at the centre of one of the capital's most exciting hospitality environments.
Sous Chef Benefits:
Salary: Up to £42,000 per year
