We’re hiring a bank advisor for Bristol and North Somerset.

You’ll support our area teams with administration, rostering, and coordination of the bank team. In this role, you’ll work flexibly from home and in one of our offices in the area you’ll support.

You will:
Be approachable, cheerful, and calm, with excellent customer service skills.
Be able to work flexibly under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
Have a Health and Social Care qualification at an NVQ level 2 or equivalent
Have previous supervisory experience in rostering social care settings.
Have experience of using a variety of IT systems to organise and coordinate work
Be able to build professional relationships.
Your responsibilities:
Provide an in-area bank service that meets the needs of key stakeholders.
Tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, induction, and training compliance for the bank team in the area.
You’ll manage the Perm to Bank process
Build excellent relationships with bank workers to maximise their activity with Brandon
Maintain the Bank Register – including removals
Maintain Planday electronic rostering system
Work dynamically and flexibly across the area to ensure the bank service is provided in a timely and effective manner.
