We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join RVT Group in Q1 2026. In this role, you will oversee a team of five, with plans for future expansion. The perfect candidate will possess prior experience in people management as well as practical marketing skills.
Key Accountabilities:
* Planning – Collaborate with your team to create and deliver 90-day sprints, incorporating executive priorities and providing guidance as needed.
* People Management – Conduct weekly team huddles, regular 1-2-1 sessions, quarterly reviews, and manage staff leaves and performance issues. Maintain team motivation through brainstorming and team-building activities, and oversee hiring and onboarding.
* Targets – Ensure team targets are met by monitoring performance daily and adjusting plans to address any declines.
* Big Projects – Oversee significant marketing projects, such as new website designs.
* Approval Process – Sign off all team content before publication and approve budget-aligned purchase requests.
* Reporting & Admin – Ensure completion of the monthly marketing report by the 5th and manage any necessary administrative tasks.
* Being ‘Hands-on’ – Actively contribute when needed, such as writing content, designing materials, and supporting events, particularly during busy times or staff shortages.
Requirements
Our primary requirement is experience – Experience as a manager, and as a marketer. Seeking someone who can support all team members no matter what they are working on.
A Marketing Degree or a high level CIM qualification or a Design qualification would be advantageous, but not essential.
We use Hubspot, Canva and Monday.com daily and would prefer a candidate who has experience with all three.
