As a Head
Waiter at the Covent Garden Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in creating
memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will manage multiple tables,
ensure seamless service, and uphold our high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and
interact with guests, taking orders, making menu recommendations, and ensuring
their needs are met.
* Deliver
food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Process
payments accurately and efficiently.
* Anticipate
and address guest needs promptly, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
What you Need:
* Ability
to maintain composure and efficiency in a high-pressure, fast-paced
environment.
* Enthusiastic
and knowledgeable about food and beverages, with a keen interest in menu
offerings.
* Previous
experience in a busy restaurant setting is essential.
* Meticulous
and precise in service delivery.
* Dedicated
to providing outstanding customer service.
* Strong
organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent
verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability
to work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth operations
