What you’ll be doing:
1. Supervising pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
2. Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school’s clear policies
3. Supporting students to stay on task and engaged
4. Working closely with teachers and support staff
About you:
5. Confident leading a classroom (experience working with young people is a big plus)
6. Calm, clear communicator — you’ve got that ‘presence’ students respect
7. Flexible and ready to jump in where needed
8. Great for aspiring teachers, graduates or experienced TAs looking for something new

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
