What You Will Be Doing
As a Group Parts Manager / Parts Manager / Parts Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
Managing all parts sales operations across three sites for internal and external customers
Leading, coaching and mentoring Parts Supervisors, Advisors and Delivery Drivers to maximise sales and exceed customer expectations as an experienced Parts Manager
Delivering parts sales objectives across all channels including front counter retail, authorised repairers and key accounts
Conducting stock checks, cost control and audits to ensure cost-effective operations
Developing and standardising processes to ensure consistent, high quality service delivery across all sites
Overseeing compliance training, new starter inductions and multi-skilling requirements as a Group Parts Manager
Pay and Benefits
£45,(Apply online only)+ per year depending on experience
OTE £49,500+ including targeted bonus

Monday to Friday only

What You Will Need
To be considered as a Group Parts Manager, Parts Manager or Parts Operations Manager you will need:
Proven experience as a Group Parts Manager, Parts Manager or senior parts professional within a large-scale parts department
Previous people management experience within a parts or commercial vehicle environment
Strong organisational, communication and time management skills
Commitment to compliance, quality assurance and safety standards
