About Acast
Since 2014, Acast has been building the world's most valuable podcast marketplace, creating the technology that connects podcast creators, advertisers, and listeners. Its marketplace spans more than 140,000 podcasts, 3,300 advertisers, and one billion quarterly listens. Crucially, those listens are monetized wherever they happen—across any podcast app or listening platform.

What you´ll do
Your responsibilities include:
* Agency & Client Liaison: Act as the face of Acast for our partners. You will confidently lead client communications, from presenting kick-off calls to providing status updates, ensuring every campaign delivers in with lines with expectations, timelines, and objectives.
* Podcaster & Talent Partnership: Lead the briefing process and manage timelines for all commercial assets. You'll ensure content is of a high standard and delivered punctually, all while maintaining the exceptional relationships that Acast is known for.
* Campaign Delivery & Oversight: Working with Ad Operations, you will oversee daily management and performance reporting. You'll be troubleshooting and escalating issues when necessary.
* Strategic Problem Solving: Navigate complex priorities and challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. You'll work cross-functionally to resolve bottlenecks, ensuring multiple campaigns of varying complexity move forward smoothly.
* Post-Campaign Analysis: Once the campaign has finished, you will create and present comprehensive post-campaign reports, providing data-driven insights.
* Team Mentorship: Whilst this isn't a managerial role, as a more senior member of the UK Activation team there is an expectation that, where capacity allows, you would offer support and guidance to the wider team.
