Is a luxury 4 Star Boutique Hotel in on the outskirts of Cardiff looking for a Restaurant Manager with fine dine restaurant experience. The Restaurant is approx. 45/50 seater. The establishment does have large outside space for a dining area.

The Job.....
This is a Restaurant Managers position in a Fine Dine Restaurant, on the outskirts of Cardiff. Maintaining 5 star standards and customer service in this friendly run operation. This is a managers position so you need to be able to manage a team, be super customer focused, and have an extraordinary eye for detail as a Restaurant Manager. Have good wine & cocktail experience to be able to upsell to the pallet of your regular patrons.
The Person specification...
* Previous experience in Restaurant management is essential
* Particular attention to detail skills with an eye for excellence
* Be able to manage a small team for maximum effectiveness
* A strong work ethic and take pride in delivering a 5 star service
* Have a vast knowledge of Wines to be able to lead & train the Bar Staff
* Hotel background would also be preferable, but not essential
