Having worked with a small, select group of kitchen staff who have all remained in post for lengthy tenures, the management team are keen to find an individual who will truly become ingrained in their business, and who deeply cares about their work. In exchange for this attitude, they are willing to work to your requirements, being open on experience level, salary expectation and with the added opportunity to live on-site if required. Being a family run establishment, the hotel has grown through many years, cementing itself as a stalwart of local hospitality. Food has always been central to their offering, and therefore you will have a good knowledge of traditional British cuisine, with the flair and creativity to develop dishes and bespoke menus in your own style, supported by a dedicated and experienced wider kitchen team. Although you will be required to work to the demands of the changing schedule and service timings, you will be given the flexibility to structure much of your time to suit your needs.
