Salary: £28,000 – £41,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Mon–Fri (09:00–17:30)

We’re working with a well-established freight forwarder who are looking to strengthen their air export team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 2+ years’ experience or an experienced operator ready for a fresh challenge.
The Role:
* Coordinate and manage air export shipments from start to finish
* Book cargo with airlines and plan routes to meet cost, time and compliance requirements
* Prepare and process export documentation (HAWB, MAWB, invoices, COO, packing lists)
* Complete customs entries using CDS
* Act as main client contact, providing updates, quotes and resolving issues
* Work closely with operations, sales and accounts to ensure smooth handling of shipments
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in air export freight forwarding
* Solid knowledge of air freight operations and customs procedures
* Familiarity with CDS and airway bill preparation
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
