You’ll play a key role in sourcing, selecting, and managing top talent across a range of industries, ensuring our clients receive the very best service while maintaining our reputation for quality, care, and compliance.
About The Role
As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be responsible for resourcing permanent, temporary, and contract personnel to meet our customers’ requirements. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring smooth processes from initial enquiry to successful placement.
You’ll work closely with the Business Director, Senior Recruitment Specialist and Business Support Administrator, contributing to company goals and supporting Global Highlands growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and select high-quality candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Record and manage all communications through the company database.
* Ensure all assignees are fully inducted, briefed, and compliant with company and customer requirements.
* Monitor service delivery and resolve any issues or non-conformances promptly.
* Maintain and update candidate availability and compliance records.
* Support company KPIs, contributing to annual objectives and team targets.
* Identify and act upon business development opportunities to maximise profitability.
* Provide reports, data, and updates to management as required.
* Participate in meetings, training, and company quality and safety initiatives.
* Uphold Global Highlands QHSE procedures and Core Values in all activities.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in recruitment or a strong background in customer service, coordination, or business development.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
